5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6. Data and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MantaAI.tech are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for any outstanding qualified leads delivered.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
